Sims Furniture Galleries ripoff! Does not stand behind warranties the worst customer service bad management! Lecanto Florida
We purchased a Restonic Memory Magic bed from Sims in 8-13-03. We were told if any problem should occur with this bed, Sims would take care of it. It came with a 15 year warranty/five year replacement.
In July of 2004 the hump the the middle of the mattress and the sinking on both sides became very noticable. We contacted Sims. Over and over. They would return a call. By Nov. of 2004 they agreed to send a tech out to look at it. In Dec., a young man came to check it out. He stood at the end of the bed and wrote something on a clip board. He said someone would contact us about replacing the bed.
No one called. I called them on Feb. 2, 2005. Since then, I have called many times and spoke to many people. I have even called Restonic. No help. Sims told me today that they will not replace it. Due to the measurements taken by the tech, we were a half inch short of it meeting the requirements. This is the tech that never touched our bed.
