Sinclair Associates, Carol Sinclair Will lease your house out without doing credit check or proof of income Ripoff Tucson Arizona
I would like to file a complaint on behalf of myself in regard to a company in the Tucson area called Sinclair Associates located at 1840 E River Rd # 122, Tucson, 85718 - (520) 577-5120. I had purchased a brand new home for my mother to live in and due to medical reasons she was unable to move to the new home. I therefore hired Sinclair Associates to Lease my new home. Two months into the Lease I found that Sinclair was not sending the rent to me anymore. When I called up to find out why they told me they had not received the check from the tennant. Basically the tennats that they had leased my new home to were using it as a drug house and had not paid any bills for two months and totally destroyed my home with over 10k worth of damage. I hired an attorney and found out that Not only did Sinclair Associate's rent my house to a family that could not prove any income they did not even bother to do a standard credit/background check on these people. Even the application form stated that these tennats had been evicted before, and Sinclair Associates did not even bother to ask why. In other word they put tennants into a brand new $1,000 a month home with no job no background check and no proof of income. This company should have its license revoked. The lies and deception and gross mis conduct is unreal. police report has been filed. I had even asked Sinclair Associates to check on my property for me as I had received a complaint from a neighbour. They told me they had stopped by the house and done a walk through which again was a lie as the neighbour had told me the vandalism started the day they moved in. They would have also noticed the utilities were switched off for non payment and the fridge was moldy and the toilets clogged etc etc etc. Disgrace.
