Singer Lazer ripoff with the voice message order, you can not talk to a person, all looped recordings Los Angeles, Angeles California
The order was for one Lazer Storm vacuum on 9-6-05,for $119.85. With this you get #2 LS vacuum for a S&H charge $9.89/each Also you get the Steamer for a S&H charge $6.95
One box arrived 9-12-05,with 4 LS vacuum's
One box arrived 9-13-05,with 1 Lazer Steamer
Total charged $375.13
* We are still working on the over charges and how to return 2 LS vacuums.
-We will visit 4540 Worth St tomorrow.

I do not need your help in stated facts, your integrity is as good as the Lazer Storm Advertisments. Fact- 9-15-05, Visited the shipping wherehouse to return 2 extra vacuums and billing questions. Result: The shipping Dept. gave a refund, including shipping on the 2 extra vacuums, but the steamer is a Ripoff, and they will not credit the shipping ($20)so we kept the steamer.
