SIR Holdings L.L.C. Irfan Rajpari Illegal Eviction--Breaking and Entering, Theft of Property Birmingham Alabama
SIR Holdings purchased the house I was living in from my Father. Mr. Rajpari then told me I had 7 days to vacate the premises. I explained that I could not do that, and told him he needed to get a Certified Eveiction notice from the courts .
I proceeded to search for other living arrangements. Once those were made we started packing our things. Sunday 4-27-14 we returned to our Residence to continue packing and moving to find that our Locks had been Changed.
Police were contacted, and helped us to enter the residence. While we were there. employees for SIR Holdings arrived and tried to say that we were not allowed to be there. We had already called the cops for a 2nd time, because we realized several things had been stolen from our House.
Over $1000 in possessions had been stolen, not including the dame done when replacing the locks.
We have contacted Home Vestors of American, because SIR Holdings is a Franchisee of this company.
They are Also know as "We Buy Ugly Houses" company.
Please be VERY VERY aware when doing business with this man or his company.
We are currently filing criminal charges in regards to this case.

Rebuttal to Report
The report that was filed against this company is not truthful. I represent the owner of the house that the company mentioned in the report was doing buisness with. The person filing the report has not provided the correct information. The house was owned by my father in which he let his daughter Natalee Vaught Lawson live in. Natalee Lawson was given certain items she was required to pay to live in the house as a family member. She chose not to meet these obligations. Her father the owner of the house decided to sell the house since it was costing him more money than he earned.
Natalee Lawson has no right to file this report due to the fact she was evicted by her family. Documents were sent to Natalee Lawson that she chose not to receive. This claim should be removed from this website since she has no legal right to post anything about a transaction that does not include her. To be clear. Ralph Vaught Jr. (owner of House) told Mrs. Natalee & Brandon Lawson they had to vacate the house.
Mrs. Lawson also has a fake Lawyer named Jennifer Pike. Who is probably responsible for this post! Mrs. Pike has no legal standing with this matter. She has no Law Degree or any real reason to be involved with this matter. She is trying to peruse a lawsuit for her gain.

The transaction between the actual owner and the company in question was handled with the upmost professionalism. I would highly recommend using this company. I would be glad to speak to anyone who is interested in doing business with this company. Please don’t let a disgraced family member and her so-called friends change your view of this company. Our transaction was handled very fast and very professionally.
