Purchased the Permaplate package as part of my auto purchase. The Sales individual said any problem with our windshield they will fix it or replace it. We called up about a year after purchase and paying monthly to have our claim denied.
The reason was because even though my window cracked from a rock in the road and the hail exasperated the situation they don't cover acts of weather. Never mind it wasn't caused by the weather. Good to know. We called within 3 weeks of the crack, 4 days of the storm and they don't care. Shady don't waste your money you will need to go through insurance anyway.
