this is just an update on the problem. I was informed today (12-29-05)via their customer service number that their credit card system is down and i have to do a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back.I told the guy that they had no problem taking my money and he responded with there is nothing else they can do.then he got rude and said is there anything else I can help you with ma'am? I said yes put my money back and tell me how you can run a business this way, He hung up on me! GREAT customer service this place has
