Six Figure Consulting Rude and refuses to cancel "account" Salt Lake City Utah
We aren't even sure how they got our information. They claim to have our credit card number and want to charge us $72.00. They have called the house several times in the past two days, once at 10PM our time. There's never anyone there. This morning someone finally was on the other end when they called. I'm assuming it was this Josh person, since when I asked to speak to someone higher than him because of his rudeness he laughed in my face and pretended to go get someone else.
I've never seen such an unprofessional person in my life. He sounds like some punk kid who has nothing better to do. I have filed complaints with the local BBB and the Attorney General (oh he says they won't do anything by the way) and I will wait and see what happens.
I have emails in writing telling them to cancel whatever subscription or account they claim to have. You also cannot reach anyone at the number 801-944-0838 on their website and the number on BBB doesn't go anywhere either. The email address on BBB comes back as bad ([email protected]) but I found someone named Julie under an ad on CraigsList and emailed her as well. I have all of the documentation and they are messing with the wrong person if they think I will go away.
If they are a legitimate business, they really need to find someone more professional for their CEO and they need to learn that word of mouth will kill your business and you need to treat people with respect. If they want their account canceled, then just cancel it, instead of going through lawsuits and complaint boards. Unless of course, you're just in it to scam people...

| I worked at Six Figure for almost 2 years. I can honestly say it was a great company to work for and they helped over 2000 students build a home base business. I personally keep in contact with every one of my students. I have 15 right now making more than $5000 a month with their business? As far as Randy Beaufort he is real, in fact i have had my students call him for a live testimonial. Unfortunately due to the economy Six Figure is out of business, They sold their assets, and refunded over $500,000 to clients enrolled. The key was to communicate directly with Six Figure for the refund, they would work out a fair compromise anywhere from 50%-100% refund in most cases. I do know that they had little tolerance for slander online as it can never be removed, therefore the damage is done. This damage costs them thousands in PR. I know that if you would have contacted them directly before your slander you would have received your refund. As far as Apply,they create success stories daily, i know this because some of them are mine. I like knowing that i helped someone make $1200 so they can now afford their wife's medication, or $2200 to start saving for their only sons college education. out of 2000 + clients yes 5-10 will not be happy, but complaining online is futile. Express your concern to the company, settle on a refund and move forward. Both parties win? I wish you the best of luck ...... |
