Beware of Sizzletwist...
On May5 2010, i ordered for a product through their website. I was shipped a wrong item, with shipment fees on me. While i contacted them, through their webmail (no online or call support available for these guys), i was told that i'd receive the right item
sent to me, soon. I received the right product after 10 days, but a defective one.
I was told that the item was in good condition, as it was sealed before it was sent to me. I called the manufacturer to confirm that it is defective, but sizzletwist refused to accept that and blamed me for the defect.. I was threatened through mail, to be
contacted by attorney if im stealing the item, which i never did.

hear that you have received an incorrect item. At this point I can offer 50%
refund on your order and you can keep the item you have received OR I can ship
the correct item with a prepaid return label. Please let me know your

This item was sealed,
in retail packaging, and you are claiming it does not function. We have sold
several of these items in the past and have never had anyone make this same
claim. Have you consulted the instruction manual? Also, what is the name and
phone number of the individual you spoke with at Targus and your trouble ticket
number? I will be speaking to them or their supervisor regarding this situation.
If
you are intending to steal our item, we will contact our attorney immediately.
