Skin Endear Distributed by Don Mills, ON M3C OJ9 Ordered a sample for $4.95 & rec'd it; without my request or approval, the company sent an automatic shipment after sample arrived! I have been unsuccessful in returning the second jar, there is no address on the box or bottle; and the employee I spoke with told me there is a 'no return' policy, I did NOT order the second jar! In my opinion, beware of this company! unknown internet
I saw an offer online for a jar of Skin Endear anti-aging cream for $4.95 + shipping. (Distributed by Don Mills, OHN M3C 0J9). I ordered and received the jar of cream. However, I then received a second jar and was billed.
I contacted via e-mail (the only contact information on the box) explaining I did not request their product continue via auto-ship. I received no response to my e-mail. I waited two weeks and called the company today using the phone number on the box of unopened product.
I was told they do not take back, nor give a credit for the product. I consider this not only poor business, but a scam.
I will be contacting my credit card company about this rip off.
By the way, in my opinion, it is not worth the $89.00 price!
