This customer certainly did not buy the top of the line model available in my show room!! Warranties are voided by rips,stains and burns. Her mattress must have had one of these problems to have had her warranty voided. As for the financing, she knew all the information, up front, as to what company would be doing her financing. Our inspection process takes about 3 weeks from start to finish. Appointments are set up with the customer within three to five days of the complaint. The inspector will go to the customers home and check everything from the frame up to the mattress and all in between, checking that there are no rips,stains or burns along the way. The inspector will take measurements and pictures as proof of all issues. Once the inspection is done the report is written and sent to the warranties department where a decsion is made wether the warranty claim is good or not. I can understand the frustration some customers have when the answer they want is not given to them, but there are guidlines which we must adhere to so that we can accomadate exchanges. I have been with sleepys for almost 4 years and have *never* not found a way to help my customers wether it's a partial credit or a huge discount (sometimes up to 70 percent).

Elizabeth..Sleepy's headquarters is in Bethpage, try contacting them. If you search some of the old complaints, there is an employee who posts her name and contact number to help with issues. I hope this helps!
