My husband and I purchased a latex queen size mattress by Natures Rest on 11/21/2004 we were charged $1100.00 for the mattress, $49.00 for a mattress protector, $110.00 for two queen size latex pillows and a delivery charge of $59.99 and tax $75.60, not to mention a $50.00 deposit..total $1445.58.

We were told by the sales person he was selling to us the best mattress they had. We were delighted with our purchase it was perfect until it SAGGED! on us it was only a year and a half new i started to complain to sleepy's making phone calls on 7/2006

today is 4/2007 and nothing yet has come out of this bad investment. no one has been able to resovle our situation not even the managers at the 800# nor at the stores, they all seem like puppets they say the same thing and they are all rude they lie and they want us to purchase another mattress even though its clear that our mattress is defective.

they don't take any responsablity for there practices the customer should take the loss it seems like the only thing they can do is give us an employee discount for another mattress why would i shell out more money to a company so rude and unresponsive enough not to even consider a proper agreement between customer and bussiness this company is'nt loyal to there customers this company is disabled and premature it has a long way to go.

they have been sued many times class action law suites and small claims court.

Im boggled and brain dead with the continuous phone calls i make to end our relationship at the proper level all i want is fairness, all i want is a decent mattress that will last me at least 7 years : ( all i want is an exchange for a mattress that i want without paying the ticket price as i was told.

i have lost 3 days of work waiting for a loony tune inspection that i never met becuase she kept calling me with excuses regarding her transportation means, one inspector who came to my home with dirty sneakers and stained my bedroom rug with some substances that looked like tar, another inspector who reeked of cigerttes and countless phones calls with dead end situations am i not entitled to exchange my mattress for one where they dont bump up the price to kill my soul, ive lost sleep over there work ethics my bad back and my poor sleepy

soul.

Folks it does'nt end here there is more to tell do not purchase at sleepy's they are not loyal if you read this go somewhere else do your homework sleepy's is not humankind!

I will be reporting this to the media starting with 7 on your side, and a talk show i can not mention, i need fair HELP!

Today is Sunday April 15....last week one of the directors of customer relations called me and resolved my solution to the problem i had with my defective mattress Natures Rest Latex queen mattress " never buy this mattress"....mattresses without coils will often sag...any how she gave me the option of an $1100.00 refund plus tax or an exchange, at 1st i wanted my money back to shop elsewhere but the mattress i wanted i found out from serta that sleepys only carries it. Per Serta the Perfect Night mattress was replaced by the perfect sleeper day, the only reason i want the perfect night is b/c it has coil on coil mattress bottom coils are continuous while the top coils are the pocket coils that simmons have on there mattress. Sleepys at 1st would only exchange the mattress for the ticket price so i would had to pay much more than my credit, but Deana fixed this promblem as well we compermised where i only had to pay $199.00 more plus the shipping fare enough i really want this mattress in a ( KING) lets see how it works out, allthough i have not yet questioned the warranty i hope everything goes well.....i will keep this site posted as soon as i recives my mattress Thanks a bunch RIPPOFF.com has helped : )
