I paid the high price for a Kingsdown and love it. It did take about a month for it to get "right." I believe that the Kingsdown policy is that if you don't like it you can change to less or more firm model without cost. The only catch is that you have to try it for at least a month. You should at least be able to get a different "firmness" one from them at no cost.
