Slightly Savvy Katherine McDermott took a job, promised deadlines, failed to deliver, cost us a client
It's very simple. She promised to meet deadlines, she became unresponsive, she faield to meet deadlines, then canceld the contract via automated message. She had a very small pert of a $25,000 deal, and because she refused to meet terms, because she decided to go out of town at the last minute to hang out with friends, we had to push our deadline back a week as we found someone new to fit her role. Because of this we lost a future deal, lost face, and were thrown into a malestorm of problems.
Do not hire Katherine if you need someone you can count on. She will bail onthe contract with no notice.
