This company is a Scam!

I noticed that my checking account had a charge in the amount of $69.95 on Sunday, April 1, 2018. The company is called Blue Star Media. Of course I was the victim of identity fraud and immediately called my bank. After being on hold for 2 hours, then another hour no one answered the bank phone. Today after talking to a representative at my bank, they told me they were closed. Of course the messaging system never stated this and told the bank representative that my bank has to do a much better job in letting their customers know when they are closed.

So since i couldn't contact my bank to stop this unauthorized charge I noticed there was a phone number attached to the charge. And of course this company's voice mail states they are closed and will reopen on Monday. So I did my own research and saw that there were many reports against Blue Star Media about ripoffs, but I didn't know how they got information from my checking account. I checked my transactions for supplements I had ordered and paid for and called them and they are closed, but it was the same voice mail as Blue Star Media. So this is the same company! Then I was wondering why they are charging this amount of money for supplements I already paid for.

After speaking with my bank today, Monday, April 2, 2018, they told me I had another charge for $79.95 and said they couldn't block any of the payments because it was made by my debit card and the only thing I can do is get a new debit card so that the company doesn't have access to make any more unauthorized charges and I cannot dispute the charges until after the charges are posted on my account. Really? I told them this was a scam, and they said they can't do anything about it right now. Their advice was to call Slimbiotic Health to try to get a refund from them first. I am running into a brick wall here. So I had to cancel my debit card and I called Slimbiotic Health.

Calling Slimbiotic Health is like talking to Robots. They would not help me, they said I did sign up for a 14 day trial, in which I didn't, and they cannot give me a refund. So I told them I will send back the supplements and they said they would send them back to me. The rep offered to waive my cancellation fees and offered a VIP membership for another $39.95. Unbelievable! So they continue their scam on the phone while I am calling them to report they are scammers! What?

 I told them that I did not authorize any charges, I did not have a 14 day trial and I don't want a membership as I am trying to get a refund for the charges against my checking account. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that the manager will not waive my cancellation fees or anything else. I told the customer service rep that he works for a company that is a Scam! And that I have no choice but to report their fraudulence to the authorities. Again the person was like reading from a script and told me the same thing over and over again. I hung up!

After a few minutes they called me back and after speaking to another rep,  I asked for the manager as the call stated it was from a manager called Steve. She said they don't have a manager called Steve and I said let me talk to a manager. She placed me on hold and told me the manager was on another call. I told her that this is a scam and they are not wiling to work with me and I am going to report them.

As I am typing this, I received another call. I have not picked it up as all I want is my refund back! Yes, I am livid about this company and their fraudulence. I plan to report them to any government agency I can including the Better Business bureau. 

Just for your information. Their policy is that the 14 day trial begins on the day that you order the product not the day you receive it, so this is where they scam you.  A 14 day trial is when you sample a product for 14 days, it does not begin when you order the product. I received my supplements 3 days before their scam policy of 14 days was up. This is why this is a total scam and they are ripping off millions of people.
