Hello, I just wanted to comment here that we have resolved the issue for this customer. At the time we had a product on back order which delayed her shipment. We provided a free gift for the delay in shipping her order. When she was attempting to request a return it was not within 30 days of when her product was shipped which is a requirement in our guarantee policy. Under the circumstance of the initial delay/back order we have made an exception in this case and helped this customer with her issues. We appreciate her patience very much. Thank you.
