This company is bad news. I ordered a product from them in June of 2008. I was promised the item would ship in 24hours, but didnt received it until One month later. Then I tried to return the item because I was unhappy with it, and I could never get a hold of their company. Now however, they have changed their name and there is no problem getting a hold of them and they are refusing to refund my order due to the 30 days money back. Well if I could have gotten a hold of them maybe that would'nt have happened. I have been emailing the sales department and they are refusing my refund attemp. So just be careful who you order from, cause if they are in the middle of changing their company you will never get your money back.

Hello, I just wanted to comment here that we have resolved the issue for this customer. At the time we had a product on back order which delayed her shipment. We provided a free gift for the delay in shipping her order. When she was attempting to request a return it was not within 30 days of when her product was shipped which is a requirement in our guarantee policy. Under the circumstance of the initial delay/back order we have made an exception in this case and helped this customer with her issues. We appreciate her patience very much. Thank you.
