When it comes to paperwork minutia, I hate it! That said, I totally own this weakness and because of it, I hired Smallclaim to file all necessary court paperwork to ensure that all was done "by the book." Sadly, my worst case scenario came true BECAUSE I used Smallclaim!
Mike [who I believe is the owner...] took my information over the phone, interviewing me for about 15 minutes. He was nice and seemed thorough enough... although, you don't know what you don't know!
On the day of my hearing, the judge had to "dismiss the case without prejudice" because of Mike's failure to check the proper box on the form and submit an additional form that was necessary in my case. I was told I would have to re-file the case and include the proper form this time. Four hours --- Flushed down the toilet!
Upon leaving the court room, I phoned Small Claim and spoke with a man named Art and told him the situation. He was not authorized to resubmit the case for me free of charge, so I asked that Mike call me. I did not hear from Mike and tried to contact him via the company website on two additional occasions to inquire as to the improper filing the first time. I never received any messages, returned calls or apologies from Mike addressing their mistake... EVER.
The end result... I had to go to court TWICE which is a major time sucker! I also had to pay again to have my paperwork re-filed, properly. So, in addition to losing hours in court the first day, I am also out an additional $164.
Would give them a zero if I could especially since this is what Smallclaim purports to be their "specialty" and because they wouldn't even discuss the matter

We had an issue that I needed My Small Claims help. I contacted them and they took care of us. I worked closely with Mike Simonian and he quickly filed our claim and helped me every inch of the way. We won our case and I cannot thank them enough for doing all the document perp for the courts. Thanks Mike!!!!

They never told me my court date, so I missed it and couldn't collect $10,000.
I searched the BBB and there were a lot of complaints like this

What you say is totally untrue. I have never even heard of the 2 guys you meitnion. Small Claim is owned by Armen Setaghaian <[email protected]>. Just because it's an "ian" doesnot mean he doesn't deliver. With the new added feature of Verisign, it's a breeze.
I can earn thousandds "from home". Talk aobut work from home. $10,000 a pop while watching TV.
You refused to publish my other review of MOrgan Stanley, frearing a lawsuit or something.
YOu are nothing but a big fat chicken.
