I have purchased many items from Smart Buyz, LLC (completely different company from the one you are complaining about here) and they have been outstanding. Even when I had a minor issue with a product, they worked with me to resolve it quickly. I have purchased product both from their Amazon store and their website directly. Just wanted everybody to know that Smart Buyz, LLC (www.smartbuyz.com) is NOT the same company mentioned in this report. There must be some con man who was using the Smart Buyz Distributing name a few years ago out of Florida. I think the good Smart Buyz is out of the Midwest anyway. Just so you know.

Jane Repinski and John Peters will both go to jail. She has ripped me off $35,000 and she has cancelled her cell phone. After legal action is acquired on both JJ Sales and john Peters and Jane Repinski, They will not be able to pay the $200,000 that they owe people. They will be found liable in civil court and then they will be found guilty in criminal court and they will be put away for no less than 20 years. Jane and John took all my money. I have no life anymore. I am practically on the streets. I have no backup. They have completely ruined my life. I have nobody and nothing! my life is done! I have suffered extreme heartache and pain. Whatever anybody does, just stay away from jane repinski and john peters and dean g and smart buyz and jj sales. She promised to get me my money back but, she deceived me and jj sales deceived me and john peters deceived me. I don't know why we live in a world with so many crooks. This is horrible.

Jane, you are such a liar. you have been out to defraud people since you started. Why not give your customers a refund? I know that law enforcement is coming after you now and you're going to pay big-time... congratulations. I know that a couple of your customers are filing civil cases against you as well. STAY AWAY FROM JANE REPINSKI!

Here it is, almost a YEAR later, and I STILL don't have a completed order from this company. He no longer returns phone calls or emails. Moved from Miami location. Definitely doesn't seem to be an honorable and trustworthy company. I don't think I could ever trust this person or company ever again. I have been lied to over and over again. Now, he refuses to even contact me.

Regardless of Jane Repinski's problems with Dean G., she is a complete FRAUDSTER as well. Both myself and the individual from California have been defrauded by her and she REFUSES to provide us with a refund for products that have NOT BEEN DELIVERED. After waiting for more than 5 months for these products, I have contacted a law firm in the city where she lives (Stevens Point, WI) to do my bidding for me, and we will not only be suing for the outstanding funds but also damages and legal fees as well. Stay away from Jane Repinski; she is an atrocious businesswoman and a worthless human being.

Jane Repinski is in a conflict with this mr. dean. I have put $35,000 into this and I have not received a penny. Because of Mr. dean and Jane Repinski, I have lost all my money and have not been able to pay for tuition and board. I am homeless. I have nothing but heartache and endless nights of sorrow because of these two people. Jane is like the middle person and hasn't even bothered to contact me and tell me what's going on. In a result I will have to file a lawsuit against her using FBI warranted information using the Patriot Act. I will go for Punitive damages and I will win. I will get all my money back plus much more. This is what you get for doing dirty business-Lying and causing people such grief and heartache. It would have been different if I got my money back or if I even received a call from jane but, she always lies and makes up stories. She just never picks up my phone calls. I don't understand, why she couldn't take out a loan to pay me back and get her money back in time but, she wants to do it the hard way. She could have given me a little bit of money to go to school and pursue my education at the university of california, irvine, which is ranked in the top 50 in the world! Now i don't have any money and I don't have an education. Not to mention that the money I gave her was life insurance money that was passed on to me once my mother passed away in an accident last year. She has taken everything from me, my money, my education, everything my mom left for me, and my life. My life has been ruined! I feel like I am worth nothing anymore. I thought she might understand since she has a son of her own but, she doesn't care about anyone but herself. Do not deal with jane repinski or smart buyz or dean g. or anyone affiliated with them. Life is precious, I just feel that after what has happened to me, there is not enough left in me to go on.

It is now 2 months past the report and Still nothing has changed. No refund and no product. They want me to send them MORE money for an outstanding order that was placed AFTER the first two were placed and paid for. I keep getting more fake shipping information. Now they were supposed to send me a partial refund for a customer and claimed I gave them the wrong bank information.......when I verified the email....everything is CORRECT......so it appears to be just another story in a long line of them. This company has not been very trustworthy to me. I'm tired of the lies and the runaround. I have lawsuits against me because of this company, and now I have enlisted my attorney in this as well. I think I have given them plenty of time to fix things (9 months time...and more, because it really started a year ago with the ps3's). I'm truly disappointed. I thought my rep would come through, with all his "talk" and "promises" but looks like I've been scammed........by a national company.

My rep, Dean, contacted me to get things straightened out. I have to correct that it has not been him, but rather shipping department errors. We are working together to work this out between us amicably. He is a good person and I know will get things straightened out!
