Smart Decision Smart Decision made me believe that they can reduce my credit card payment. I payed them $600 plus a $25 fee to consult with them. They told me to stop paying my credit cards because I told them I could not afford to pay them and my credit is completely ruin because of them. They are thieves and liars. Please don't fall for them like I did. I wish I could repair the damage they did to my credit. Hialeah Florida
On November 11, 2013 I went to Smart Decision for help with my credit report. I heard them announced their services on the Christian radio that is why I did not believed that they were not a legit company. They ask me to pay a $25 fee for consultation and to print out my credit report.
They went over my credit report and they told me its going to cost me $600 for them to negotiate with the creditors and lower my credit card balances. I told them that I couldn't afford their services, so they told me to stop paying my credit cards and that they will take care of starting the negotiation process with all the creditors.
Before, I went to Smart Decision my credit score was good and now it is poor because of them. I shouldn't had believe them. Now I don't know what to do to repair the damage to my credit. They never helped me to consolidate my credit cards, instead they ruin my credit.

Sorry to say this but technically YOU have ruined your credit. From your own post you state YOU COULD NOT AFFORD TO PAY YOUR CREDIT CARDS!!! So while Im sure it makes YOU feel better to blast them for YOUR problems, the reality is that YOU have lived far beyond your means and NOW it has come back to bite you. Come on now, are YOU not adult enough to atleast admit to yourself that YOU got yourself into this situation?? Im sure when YOU were spending all of the credit cards money YOU didn't stop to think that YOU would have to pay this all back someday WITH interest. YOUR credit is ruined by YOU and no one else. Stop trying to play the victim because that business HAS NOT victimized you. YOU have done this to yourself and seek ANY WAY to get out from under this. YOU think that if YOU blame them online, YOU will get some form of remedy due to internet blackmail. YOU are transparent and its pitiful. Its pitiful that a grown adult has to resort to these types of tactics instead of just admitting they screwed up. It was YOUR greed and avarice that has lead you to this point in your life. Did you REALLY AND TRUELY need even a third of your purchases?? Could YOU have not waited until YOU got more MONEY?? See what I mean?? Its the choices YOU have made that has brought you here. NOT the credit company, NOT the company YOU tried to use. It was YOU and YOU ALONE. So stop playing the victim and get off your rump and get out there and work. THAT is the ONLY remedy you really have. Make MORE money. Get a second job. Do without. Make sacrifice.
