I don't know how this company got my checking account number, it's kind of scary. But they charged about $60.00 over a period of a few months. I called to cancel. This is what happened.
Call number one. While the person who answered phone "supposedly" looked up my info, I could here voices in the background. I was left hanging about ten minutes. I hung up.
Call number two. Recorded message said I was next in line to talk to someone. Then another message played saying that I could leave my number on the voice mail so someone could call back. Then I was hung up on.
Call number three. Time to get tricky. Instead of calling on their toll free number, called on their in state number. I was put thru to receptionist who transferred me to someone who did cancel my account. I hope. And I was told my money would be credited back to my account. Keep your fingers crossed!
