When you call the number, someone with a strong Indian or Pakistani accent answers.  If you ask any questions,like, what is this company, or what is this reward about, they hang up.  If you dont ask questions, they want to verify your name and address on the card,which they already have matched to your phone number.  After several tries, I did get them to tell me that company is Smart Shopper, and for just a mailing fee of $1.00 which they need to charge to a master card or VISA credit card, they will send a $100 VISA gift card in the US Mail.  When pressed, they say they are located in Phoenix Arizona.

They will not provide a physicaladdress or website.

If you give themthe credit cardinfo, they then transfer to another person with same strong Indian or Pakistani accent, for "verification".   They insist this is the process in order to procees you gift card and gice youa confirmation number.

If you continue, you are transferred back and forth to recordings, which are mostly unintelligible. The same sond person "the verifier" comes backto you, and if you become frustrated or complain of not being able to hear, or if you ask any more questions, the verifier srtes shouting at you and calling you rude...

You never will get the verification code and meantime, they have your credit card information.  Stop,hang up,and callyour credit card company, fiel a complaint and ask for your card to be replaced.
