I purchased lionclock for use in our trap club as a less expensive alternative to the time clock feature for quick books. I downloaded the demo and installed it and it work beautifully so I paid for the full version and tried to configure it but all of a sudden I am getting Run-Time Error 9 Subscript out of range errors and the application closes.
I checked their website for details and their fix is to download the newest version, which I already have. To date I have emailed their support line 4 times in 3 days and gotten no response. Their website claims that their online chat is available from 10 am to 5 pm MST everyday, and I have yet to see it active. My suggestion is to get a different product. If you download this it may work for a while but when it breaks, and it will break, you will never be able to get support!

Just an update for anyone who finds this but it's been 10 days since my original post and close to 15 days since I first reported the problem using their "Technical Support" link on the website and still nothing, no email, no phone call, no live online support personnel. Again.. buyer beware.
