Smart Tint Inc FRAUD, MERCHANDISE DOES NOT WORK!!!!! Nationwide
My name is Howard Klotzkin and I order product from Smart Tint Inc. when I received it, it was NOT WORKING. At the instruction and guidence of THEIR STAFF i attempted to make "repairs" to the item, with no success. After various attempts I was instructed to return the item for repairs.
Once i returned the item I was told because I attempted to fix it, at THEIR INSTRUCTION, that it was no longer under warranty and I am now responsible to pay $250.00 to fix it!!!!!
I called "Will" to discuss this matter and he was extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The conversation ended with me being told that my business will go out of business LONG BEFORE HIS DOES!!!!!
I have several business associates that have also used Smart Tints "products" and have had similar experiences.
Long story short...THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!! They ship product that DOESN'T WORK AND REFUSE TO REPLACE THEIR OWN DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!!!!
DONT USE THEM!
