Smart Tint Rob Rollins, Sales associate ithout getting into every detail of the exchange, the customer service and the product is substandard and do not deal with these people if want or expect a good result. Stony Brook New York
I ordered the Smart Tint product without adhesive and the salesman checked off "with adhesive" on the shop order and claimed that since I signed off that I was responsible. That may be true, but I specifically told him without adhesive and he said, "since you are putting the material between two pieces of glass you don't need it and that will work better."
I assumed that we had that point understood and I did not review the shop order thoroughly because we came to verbal understanding, my mistake. Bottom line is that they refused to make the situation right and told me that I could order another piece at a reduced cost-big of them.
