And the tickets they upload are fake counterfeit and that’s the truth about the tickets I have real Florida Lottery Tickets that I buy online from a different source and I know there real and when compared to SmartScammers counterfeit tickets you know they are not official lottery tickets they are fake tickets.
I have other real tickets to compare from different states and Smartwinners tickets are counterfeit as a $3 Dollar Bill. They do not pay if you win they don’t reply even when being sent a PayPal Request for the funds $12300.01 And That’s A Big Time Scam.
