Hi, I an a CSR for SmartBargains.com. Although I understand your frustration in regards to you receiving the wrong size item (and wrong pants). I think you may have exagerated a tad bit. The prepaid return label that we offer our customers is sent via email, unless otherwise requested. Although we must allow 24 hours for the prepaid label to be send from UPS, it usually reaches the mailbox immediately. Most of the time, while the customer is on the phone. I suggest you check your spam or bulk folders, because your settings may have considered this to be junk mail. Furthermore, when an item is sent in error of SmartBargains.com we extend a full credit back to the credit card used to place the order. Therefore, you are not out $300. Once your merchandise reaches our warehouse you will receive a full refund for the item. You were most likely credited the shipping costs while speaking with the CSR. If not, then this will also be refunded when received by our warehouse. Please keep in mind that when ordering with a company that ships 100's maybe 1000's of packages out each day. There will be a mistake here and there. I feel like that is the chance you take when ordering with an online company. Although I apologize that us human's at SmartBargains have "human errors" I hardly think we laughed it off (every single phone call is monitored and they do not hesitate to fire someone who is not providing good customer service) I just wanted other consumers to know that if they happen to receive a damaged or defective item from our company, you will not be down the money you spent. In fact you will also be offered free shipping on your replacement order (so order as many things as you want and it's still free)! SmartBargains.com CSR

I also received an incorrect order some time ago. I emailed the company asking for a shipping return label to be sent to my email ASAP. I recieved the label within 24 hrs. If you have not received your label yet, I would suggest you get it through email. Hope this helps speed things up for ya, Sherry

I also received an incorrect order some time ago. I emailed the company asking for a shipping return label to be sent to my email ASAP. I recieved the label within 24 hrs. If you have not received your label yet, I would suggest you get it through email. Hope this helps speed things up for ya, Sherry
