We worked with this company to grow our business. They were going to use affiliate marketing, SEO, social media and PPC on google advords.
Every month, we paid them money. Every month, they asked for more money. They kept dragging things on and on, lots of empty promises. They were always nice and polite, but owner Matt was always about "more money".
Every time we wanted something to be done, more charges. The "story" kept changing all the time as to why this or that wasn't working. "We need more time, more testing... we are very close".
To make a long story short.
1. our adwrods account was suspended because of their poor marketing tactics.
2. we spent so much money on social media, but they turned out to be FAKE "likes" and "friends" and so forth. A lot of noise, but almost NOT income or sales.
3. After 6 months of search engine optimization, we were still no where to be found on google, other than page 5 or 6. I mean, nobody even goes that fat.
4. Their affiliate marketing was a joke. Lots of affiliates, barely any conversions. Just a lot of losers.
The bottom line is we spent over $110,000.00 with them and barely had a revenue of $19K from them. When we asked for a refund or some kind of free work to make back our money, the owner Matt Frary became angry and rude. Made comments that we are 'cheap' and 'ungrateful' and that we don't understand how the internet works.
NEVER work with this company. I can't get back our money or time wasted, but hopefully this post can save someone else from making the same mistake.
