Smartmart Savers Gas Rewards Gas Pass Rewards Deceptive program, canceled my reward program, very rude customer service Lake Havasu, Arizona
I attended a sales presentation thru Global Travel. They gave everyone who attended a certificate for rebates on items of their choosing. I choose to use the $300 gas rebate option. I sent in my first rebate form and received the first $25 rebate. IO sent in the second rebate for, certified mail, with 30 days between and I was told they received my coupon in less than 30 days. I have my certified receipts showing they were sent 30 days apart. One was sent on a Thursday and they received on Monday due to the weekend (5 days). The second was sent on a Saturday and received on Tuesday(4 days). I get canceled because they said I didn't follow their rules??? Nowhere in the paperwork does it state that it is when they receive the rebate, not when it was sent.What a Scam!! Shame on this company. And shame on Global Travel for being associated with them.
