Smartnet Development, PMFastaucton.com, PMseoguide.com Smartnet Development THis company is taking money out of my account. I never authorized them. Ripoff Utah
I discovered several charges on my debit card from this company. I don't know who they are and have never authorized any charges. I just noticed that within the last two days they charged two amounts. I went back and check my statements and they have previously charged 3 other times. The amounts range from 49.95 to .48. I thought this was something my wife may have purchased so I did not give it much thought. However, when I asked here about it she said she had not authorized any charges. I call my bank and requested a new card. I have to go down the the branch and fill out an affidavit disputing each of the charges. Another name that appears on the statement is PM-KEYWORDSUCCESS.LAS. and Fastauctionpro in Utah. When I call the number on my statement I get an answering machine that gives the name Smartnet Development. 866-652-0479

Consumer division of Utah cites SmartNet Development
The Utah Division of Consumer Protection announced Monday that it has issued an administrative citation against SmartNet Development and its Internet company, Fast Auction Profit, for "misleading consumers through deceptive sales practices."
According to a statement released by the division, consumers who thought they were signing up for a "free CD" from Fast Auction Products to learn how to sell products on eBay were not aware they also were agreeing to pay up to $70 in services billed monthly to their credit cards. The division alleges that SmartNet "buried" these sales terms in its "Terms of Contract" section.
A hearing between SmartNet and the division is scheduled for Dec. 21. The St. George-based companies face a potential fine of up to $22,500.
