In April, my new phone leased thru this company was stolen at a Wal-Mart. I emailed the police report twice, to two separate emails. Since then they've consistently removed payments from my accounts to " cover their own loss ". So far to the tune of over $800. Calling to fix this more than 15 separate times, they promise to look into it and fix. To date they haven't, now promising by Monday the 23rd of October 2017.
