first contacted Smartpay through my mobile provider, and offered the possibility of getting a new mobile and paying over time for it. I wanted a new phone and jumped on the opportunity to do so. Their pay over time program is through Smartpay. I was originally promised a period of 1 year, with a payment of 25.6. In total that amounts to $267.98 That amount has been paid in full in 4/2/16

 After that year, now Smartpay is charging a monthly amount of 19.05. I was mislead to think that after a year of payments that would surely cover the cost of the phone I would not have to continue to pay and that the phone would be mine. THAT IS NOT THE CASE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE PHONE UNTIL IT BREAKS. I RETURNED the phone after paying two more monthy payments of 19.05.I would like to prevent others from being trapped into this payment plan such as I was. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHARSE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
