Smartsavings.com chgd $29.95 & 2 $1.00 chgs to my chg card w'out my consent Boca Raton Florida
The company charged $ 29.95 and two $ 1.00 charges to my bank card without my consent. I did order a book from them which ,supposedly shipped on 12/10/08 . I did not receive the book, which was a Christmas gift ,until Jan 8. I will pay the charges of $6.21 for the book but am disputing the other 2 with my credit card company. I am also sending a letter to SmartSavings.
