smartsmokerusa Stole my money. Charged my credit card and didn't send product. Emails fail to be delivered. Internet
Smartsmokerusa has made charges on my credit card and I have not received one single bit of product from them.
While investigating the first two charges, the company made two more charges for auto fill plan that, like others, I knew nothing about. I have not received these refills that they were so kind to charge me for.
I have attempted to contact info, ask, support and every other venue possible and I have still not received one single thing. Now all of my emails are being returned postmaster as undeliverable.
Smartsmokerusa has now charged my credit card over $400.00 and it seems I have no way of contacting them now. This has been going on since November 2009. Even when I did manage to get a reply from their customer service via email, all they did was attempt to pacify and pass the buck.
One employee replied to one of my email stating that their records and my records did not match and she would have to contact the UK. I verified my shipping address and she was supposed to get back to me but guess what?
When I contacted her again, she told me she had shipped a sufficient amount of product to suffice direct to me until the mess was fixed and I should have already received it. I had to verify my shipping information yet again and that is the last contact I have been able to make with them.
Every email that I send to smartsmokerusa is being returned. I don't know if they have gone out of business but given their track record for the worst customer care services I have ever seen, it would not surprise me.
I had asked numerous times for them to just credit the amounts back to my credit card but they refused. Now what am I supposed to do?
