I have never been more disatisfied with a company as I am with www.smartsubs.com.  First and foremost, I ordered (and paid for) and item on April 8th.  I immediately received an email that my item would  be shipped between 3-5 days.  It is now nearly a month later and I have not received my item. 



Secondly, in order to place an order on their website, you MUST sign up for a monthly club. You get the first month free and then they will begin charging you directly on your debit card.  What kind of company requires you to do something like this to make a purchase?



Third (and most importantly) is their customer service.  THERE IS NONE.  If you call their 1-800 number, it will ring and ring and ring.  Finally a voicemail will come on asking you to leave a message.  I attempted to call this company more than 15 times and never once got to talk to a person.  Keep in mind that I called during non-peak hours.  They have an answering machine that comes on and asks you to leave a message.  Of course, they never call back.



Even though this website promises cheaper prices, it is NOT worth the hassel.  You will never receive your item and will never get a hold of anyone to talk to about it.  I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau and plan to pursue action with my bank in order to have my money refunded.
