At first i thought this was a great deal! but come to find it was a ripp off. on their web site they were advertizing a whole season to the avatar for 11 bucks. the picture on the web site was the whole season, the title above discription stated the whole season, and in the discription it also said this dvd croncles the complete season AND on my receipt it said... the whole season!



so, i wait for my order and what do i get? A volume!!!! which by the way is only one of four disks of the whole season! they sent me something totally different than what they advertized!



then i called customer service, they didnt even open at nine when they said. i was told it was a mistake and if i like i could return it and buy the whole season for a low price, lower than everyone else. they dont even advertise the volumes on their website! if you type in avatar all that comes up is season 1, 2, and 3! they only sell the whole seasons!!!! so how is it a mistake that its supposed to be a volume! they purposly make you think your getting the whole season, and conveniently there was no supervisor to talk to. only the president and he was not there!!!!



so i had to send it back, i didnt even get what i thought i was buying. they advertised the complete season being 30 bucks marked down to 10. if its a mistake how could a volume be 30 bucks thats not the running price. they have the picture of the complete season right there!!!!! im soooo pissed if i could hire a lawer i would. because this is false advertizing!!!! THEY SUCK

We certainly understand your frustration - the item listed was incorrect and we appreciated you pointing that out. We carry over 15k products and occasionally find products listed incorrectly. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we fixed the problem. As with all online merchants, our terms of use stipulate that in the event of a pricing or item error, we do have the right to fix the problem and cancel the order. In this case, we issued an immediate and full refund for the product we sent. There was no rip off about this issue - it was a genuine mistake that was fixed immediately.
