Smash Glam is a team with a photographer and make up artist Tiffany Cody and Aisha Simon
I am a model and I scheduled and paid for shoot for $100 After thr shoot wss complete they told me I only get one image free and I had to pay $40 each additional photo they munipulated me to purchase more photos they have unethical business practice and the world needs to know how they are scaming models and who ever they feel has money to spend.
They also promised me exclusive photos and i have been seeing photos of different models poser exactly I was posed in the same couch or chsir which takes away from the idea of being exclusive as Iearned there has been over 13 photogtaphers who have shot out of loud rock studios in westbottoms Kc where smash glam shoots
I will no longer shoot or be apart of any thing smashglam has and I encourage everyone to do the same they are sharks and unprofesional do not sign a contact or any release from from them they are bad very bad

We are truly upset by this report and feel as though we were not given an opportunity to correct this sitution when it came to pass. Our goal is to provided all of our clients with a pleasant and memorialble experience...never to 'rip" anyone off.
Cost of Sessions:
We have only ran one special at this heavily discounted price of $100.00. It included: One Look, 3 8x10 with digital negatives with each image choosen. Each additional image cost more. We know without a shadow of a doubt that this is below industry pricing for the quality of image we provide. We did this as an introductory offer for marketing purposes. All flyers online and during the pre session consultation advise of the additional pricing.
Exclusivity of Props and Poses
We do not and cannot promise exclusive posing/props and expect to stay in business. We will advise a client if they are the first to use one of the many props in our studio and encourage them to utilize them as it will be fresh to the market. Additionally, we cannot promise exclusive posing as it would be impossible to log and eliminate the use of that pose for the life of our business. This just does not make good business sense.
Our Studio
We advise our clients that we share the space with another photographer. It's hard to hide this as the other photographers Studio name is on the door when you come in. Many photographers in the area utilize shared spaces in the West Bottoms District of KC. We just happen to be blessed enough to have the coolest one.
We understand that we are not going to please everyone but we are fair in our pricing given the level of quaility our clients receive for our product. Our pricing is not minipulative, it is upfront and is explained before each and every appointment.
Before taking this report as a true representation of Smash Glam, we advise all to look at our Facebook page where you can see unbiased recommendations and true reactions from our clients. We also encourage the writter of this post to get in contact with myself or Aisha to make this right. The bottom line is if you feel you were scammed, we have not done our job to provide you with an experience that you will cherish for the rest of you life.
