SMOG STAR EXPRESS SCAMMERS AND ABUSIVE PEOPLE IN IN 1130 DETROIT IN CONCORD CALIFORNIA Concord California
I came to this store "Smog Star Express" today Sunday around 1:30 pm at 1130 Detroit ave in Concord. I waited around 2 minutes and nobody was around the counter in the station and when I was leaving a guy with the name I believe of Edd appered on the counter so I asked him for the price for the smog check he answered the price is $79.00 so I said is fine great let's do it and then I asked him what about if doesn't pass just to make sure because I did it in the around of 6 times smog check in the same place and he answer me $40.00
I used them before and I do not remember about the extra $40.00 for retest if the first test fail and as soon I mentioned that and I said I used you before he said sorry I can't help you and I said why?? without any good explanations said that's our rules now.
I said that's bad and I will check you reviews in Yelp again he said what? what did you say? I said Yelp again and he started shooting profanities and insults to me saying SHUTT OFF YOU ***#*@! MOUTH AND GET OFF OF MY PLACE!! this is not acceptable for me and I believe to anybody and is very important to say this employee sounds like from the meddle east. btw He wasn't the owner.
I remark him this argument will have its consequences againdt you and this business and he said I don't care I'll call the police I said to him do whatever you want call the police now if you want I'm out of you business and you can't stop me to be on the street. And I said number two if you're not the owner and you special or promotional offers is discontinued you should be approach it politely and not harrassing people and threatening him to write I review.
He's tall than me however a person like this didn't intimidate at all maybe and his miserable and poor life checking and doing smog check he may think will intimidate anyone saying profanities and behaving like that but not at all the only thing he demostrate to me is his poor life and education even if he's working for $15.00 or 20.00 per hour doesn't justify his attitude I'm not pretending change the world however people like this guy should be out of our community business in Concord he's not right at all.
I called the police because he insisted to call them after I said do what ever you want but calling or not calling the police reporting a threat of hit me if I don't get out of you station doesn't mean I wont write my review right? obviously he said that to me first after I went out and of course you didn't call the police because I did it after drive one street from smog star check and make a report police with a case number.
