Complaint Review: SN Traders - Mississauga, Ontario

Naveed has finally made an appearance. It seems that he is troubled by the amount of bad press my post has caused him. Hopefully the other posts that I will be leaving put him clean out of business. 

Naveed quotes 3 links of retail customers unhappy with their service. THREE. Three from over 70,000 orders placed with our site. We all know that people will find any reason to complain, and nothing found in these links justifies Naveed from not paying what he owes us. 

We do not create false invoices. Our books are auditied each year and regardless, we don't have time for this. what Naveed is referring to is the commercial invoice sent with FedEx, in which Naveed has requested we enter a lower total value for the products shipped, so that he isn't assessed large Customs fees when he imports our products. We honored his request, but Naveed is trying to use those invoices in court as what he feels he should pay. Anyone in the industry knows that the official invoice is the one that shows the payments due, and not an unofficial commercial invoice that is given to FedEx when shipping. 

If Naveed had a case, he wouldn't have skipped his initial court appearance. We are actively pursuing Naveed and doing everything we can to ensure he doesn't harm other companies the way he has harmed Negri Electronics.

There is no justification for him not paying us. His reasons are all the same - I didn't speak "nice" to him, so he is refusing to pay me - simple as that. This was said to me on a phone call 8 months after he stopped paying his bills. 

We have valid records and logs of everything stated above, and are willing to share these with whomever is interested. 

SN Traders does not pay their bills. They sell stolen devices. They sell used devices as "new" and are only out to make a quick buck. If you ask anyone in Ontario who the biggest scammer in all of Canada is, "SN Traders" will be said numerous times. 

Negri Electronics/ Mr Ryan is a scammer individual who lives on other people's money which they acquire by defrauding them and threatening them. A simple Google search about them reveal all truth about them. He have threatened and defrauded tons of companies and people and is on his way to do the same to us. Bastane Electronics Canada and tons of other companies and individuals are victims of this arrogant person and his cheap tactics. Instead of ripping people off and running away like other crooks,  they actually go online and post different self created stories so that if there is any reaction from the victim it actually seems like a business transaction gone bad instead of a scam. ( Bravo)

I will give Mr. Ryan this credit that his company is very efficient in following up on all the claims against him and bashing those poor companies. Probably because they are so much experienced in it and all they have to do is just change the name of the next victim company and post it online. ( Amazing)

We been dealing with Mr. Ryan from some time now. We are a wholesaler and Retailer in Ontario Canada, And being in business from 13 years now. Our deals with Mr Ryan and his company were the purchases or drop ships he did via our company. We did not buy anything from him in general. In this particular matter. They asked our company for some help back in 2011 when they were reportedly robbed by some Hollywood style thieves who could pass-through " laser" which was installed by Negri Electronics in their warehouses. ( some amazing story he had for the robbery) And because of that Negri Electronics was unable to pay for the products they ordered a few days before the " Robbery". Mr Ryan called us and send us numerous messages asking for more merchandise and giving him a break on payment. He called us his saviors and that he owed us big time. 

Even though it all sound fishy but clearly we had no option but to help them and hope to get our money back in future. Luckily they decided to pay our 60k USD ( almost) back after two months ( approx) ( May be in hope of getting more product on credit) in the shape of phones ( which they could not sell I think). 

They shipped us some overpriced phones in 2-3 different shipments. And then when there was still 20-30k left. They sent us some shipments with no phones or some misreported quantities and models. May be they got " tired" of paying us back our money, And claimed that all of the money is paid off and instead now we owe them some amount. They even made up false invoices to prove this fictitious claim. But they forgot one thing that not everybody they can victimize and also that whatever they were shipping it has to go through customs and it has to be reported of exact products and amounts. Their invoices and customs invoices were entirely different ( May be Canada Customs were trying to rip off Mr Ryan too, He might post a rip-off report about them too.)... or maybe they never scammed any one overseas where Customs is involved. This matter is in court so i wont further comment on that.  Will update once the decision is made.

It was quite an interesting scenario as we never intended to buy anything from them and we just wanted our money back as their products were over priced and we being a wholesaler and in business for a longer time , have much better prices then what Mr Ryan could even imagine. Furthermore we were still losing money. But as we already knew Mr Ryan's abusive behavior and cheap tactics, We decided to give it a rest and take the loss and do not interact with Mr Ryan any more as it was just waste of time and emotions and will affect our business

I guess this is enough for people to understand what is " really" going on. Mr Ryan is a strange individual with weird issues. Anything which he do not like personally is against the law and illegal and wrong and he automatically gets the right to accuse other people)  He would call or email us randomly yelling about some other business and saying stuff which is offensive and racist. like " He wanted to grab a bat and beat some of the business owners in Canada or US , who had dealing with him and something went wrong with them only because they came to US from overseas and  and they do not know how to do business ." or " He will ruin their reputation in such a way that they will run back to the country they came from" and all this is said because they did not have time to listen to Mr Ryan's Ranting and self praise during business hours. 

It is not to bash Mr Ryan or his company. We have nothing against anybody in this business. We just want people to know what This company is up to and what it is really about. And also indirectly tell Mr Ryan to change his ways and develop a way of doing normal business and respect other people and businesses despite the color and race .

UPDATE: Just the other day I was able to connect with Naveed via his mobile phone. He mistakenly answered, so we discussed the issue. Naveed Qureshi explained that he hasn't had time to look over the THREE (yes, only 3) outstanding invoices. He will not take time to involve himself in this unbelievable difficult task until I "speak nicely" to him. After 6 months of avoiding paying, and ignoring me on every communicative method imaginable he expects for me to kindly beg for my money - not going to happen. The next step has been taken and more and more steps will begin to alert the industry and affiliates of this unethical Canadian.

Be very careful of future business. If Naveed would do this to someone he dealt with on a daily basis, he has no reason not to do it to first time customers/vendors or dealers. Stay away. The discounts offered are never worth the end result, which is YOU without the money or products that was promised.
