Snap Site Map SnapSiteMap SnapSiteMap.com Customer Service Does Not Exist, Won't Fix Product, Won't Cancel Charges California
I signed up for this service through their website, it was easy to setup automatically initially, however, it stopped working. There is no one available in customer service. Their program has not been working for 3 months and they continue to charge my card every month. I would have happily kept the service if it was working, or if I could have gotten someone to trouble shoot it, but look carefully! There is absolutely zero contact information available, apart from an email address. I managed to track down a phone number through my credit card company when attempting to file a dispute, but even then it just takes you to a voice mail box. If you give these people your credit card information you can expect to never receive a returned call, email, or money for services not rendered. I've tried to contact them religiously for 3 months to no avail.
