I collected money from my coworkers to buy a diamond candle from sneakpeeq.com in early Feb. 2013. We have an email stating 2-3 weeks shipping. I called constantly after the 3 weeks, they said it should have been shipped out, let them check the problem.

I called back days later, I was told they were in the process of a move from the Diamond Candles warehouse to their own shipping facility, they were not sure how long it was going to take, I assumed it would not be more than a week, so I called back a week later. Still moving the items to the warehouse.

I call back that week, I was told it would be shipped out in 5-10 business days. I wait about a week and I call back to see if the order had been shipped, nothing but an error message with the system changes, they don't know why no one is working on it or pushing it through, nothing they can do. I ask what does that mean for our candle? The lady who answered the call said they don't know.

I was told to cancel my order and they will give me a $5 credit towards their site, I told them I am not interested in that, I only want my candle so I can take it to training class and give it to our supervisor so people will stop thinking I stole their money and stop being mean and outcasting me at work. I asked for an email with the info they gave me on what the several hold ups are. I was told by a manager he would get me an email so it will update the class on the trouble. 4 hours later, no email. I call back, he says it is his top priority, I should get it in 30 minutes, it is 12 hours later, no email.

I still have nothing to show for my classes money, I told them how hard I am catching it at work over this candle, they told me perhaps I should call the police. I let them know why they are trying to have me cancel my order and place a new one it will cost me a cab to load my debit card, a fee to load it, plus charges me to use the card, so a 20. candle will cost me about 50 which is more than the original sells for on the Diamond Candles website. I checked the website, there was not an ability to order more candles, the sale was over!

I noticed later that day they managed to get the site selling them again but still no word on IT fixing my error cause the code was wrong on their scanner or something so they can't ship it with the system error. I should reorder, wait 2 weeks on a refund from them, and another 2-3 weeks shipping on the new candle.

I have filed reports with the better business bureau they don't respond to them, I called and left messages with the company, nothing, not even a call back. I have asked for superiors information, they refused to give it to me, I asked for a shipping date, I was refused that although they have a truck going out tomorrow, there is nothing they can do for me except offer me a credit for their website. (Why would I want it if real cash didn't even get my item to me) it has been almost 2 months, no merchandise yet.
