Snow White Cleaners Riverview Damage Clothes Riverview Florida
After a few years using the Snow White Cleaners services found a damage spot in one Polo Shirt. It is Calvin Klein shirt with a retail value of $65.00 USD. Showed the damge to the front desk employee and she try to discharge the cause of the damage on me. She said is a bleach spot and the Dry Cleaners does not use bleach by her words. I told the lady that the shirt never been wash at home and allways been wash at their dry cleaners facility. Asked for the manager or the owner of the bussiness and she came back with a non acceptable answer. She is to busy. After that I just pick the other pack of clothing that i bring to be clean and left the place.
If you are a Riverview resident and need dry cleaner services do not take it to Snow White Cleaners. The employees are good but the management will not take any responsabilities for any damage clothes by their people.
Will appreciate that any other people who has been in this same situation to express their concern and let other people knows how rude and irresponsible this company is.
