I had the same situation happen to me when ordering a snuggie they charged me twice and charged almost more for shipping, they kept me on hold and so on. But here is the trick stay on the line even when they tell you to call back later in the week i tried this and it worked after a full week of calling these people they finally picked up when i held on i got to cancel my order before they actually charged my account, after telling the poor women on the other line my concerns (I was pretty upset) just out of curiosity wanted to know when I would have recieved my order she said January 20th!!!! what a whole month after christmas thanks but no thanks I told the women on the other end to start looking for a job because by the looks of how this company runs business it wont be in business for long.
