SOAR Inflatables, Inc Russian River Adventures FRAUD: Company charged my credit card for inflatable boat but never shipped product and won't return phone calls Healdsburg California
I ordered a 16 foot soar inflatable from soar1.com on 7/4/2013.
Was contacted a few days later from someone stating the product was out of stock and would be 3 weeks before it ships.
I noticed that my credit card was charged on 7/11/2013 for $2302.32
I called repeatedly but was unable to get anyone to call me back. The person that answers the phone said there is nobody here that can handle that, they are all "out on the river". Or, nobody really works here today (Monday).
As of August 19, 2013, still no returned phone call. No product. I have since moved on and purchase an inflatable boat from AIRE. I have yet to get my money back. This week if I still to not get a credit, I am going to move forward and file a criminal fraud compaint against the owner Larry Laba.
Beware and purchasing anything from this company SOAR or their associated "Russian River Adventures".
