Soft-for-Sell, Soft-for-Sale Internet Fraud ripoff Internet
I'm afraid I've been the victim of internet fraud, and have been taken by a company called Soft-to-Sell for the sum of $97.95. I ordered ACT! 6 software online from the before mentioned company on 8/19. 2004, but it was never sent. I was notified on 9/17 that my order was cancelled because they were out-of-stock and did not expect to have it again. I was told via email that my refund would be forthcoming, but to wait for one or two billing cycles to see it. Thus, I waited, but no refund! Subsequently, I contacted them numerous times through their website but I never received another response.
Since I waited over sixty days from the day my software was ordered to notify my credit card company, they say that they can't help me. Any sage advice?
