SOL AUTOMOTIVE They will repossess your vehicle if only 1 day late!!! Plano, Texas
I bought a vehicle from Sol Automotive over a month ago. During the sales process these guys were friendly and even though the dealership looked like a mom and pops dealership, and the other vehicles in the lot looked old, I thought I was getting a good deal on a vehicle. I was wrong. Barely a week after I bought the vehicle, I started hearing ticking noises coming from the engine compartment. In addition to that, I am in the military and was on duty on the day I was to make my payment so I was unable to go and make the payment. The next day, they repossessed my vehicle even after I called them to let them know I would be coming in. One of the owners, Charlie was very rude and condensending when I spoke with him on the phone. saying, " I want that payment right now!!" I have bought vehicles before and no one has ever repoed my car for being a day late. I have read other reviews online about this dealership and I can tell you, PLEASE DO NOY BUY FROM SOL AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!! its been over a month and I am yet to recieve my license plates. TELL YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY, EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM SOL AUTOMOTIVE IN PLANO TX.
