If you plan to rent a space here...GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM SQUARE ONE. PUT NO TRUST IN JOE OR LARRY AND DO NOT TRUST PROMISES. I CAN TOTALLY CONFIRM THEY ARE SHADY AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. WATCH FOR SOLA SALON STUDIOS AND SPACEMAN ENTERPRISES...DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! I gave them back my cash drawer and the key as i didn't need it and they now say they do not recall that happening when Joe's wife was right there when i gave it to him. I initialled a paper that I gave it to him and he said that he would email me a copy for my records and I actually trusted him. Now he is deducting $25 from my deposit refund.
They also allow unsanitary Euphoria Spa to operate and do massages when she "Sara Meidel" is not PERMITTED to do so in St. Joseph COunty. She has no proper training and is a liar...so i totally do not recommend if you want your business to have a good reputation going to rent a studio here in Granger Indiana.
