On 28th August, 2013 I completed an online survey and was offered a gift at the end.  I clicked for the gift and was taken to the colonhealthydiet website to accept my gift.  I accepted the gift of colon cleansing tablets that aided weight loss, with the option of paying just the delivery fee, try the product for 30 days and if not happy return them within the 30 days period.  I would not be chardged for the product if I returned them within the 30 days period. I had to put my card details in for collection of delivery fee, which I did.

On 09th September, I still didnt receive the product which was meant to be with me in 2-3 working days. Therefore I went back to my account to double check when I paid the delivery fees.  To my surprise I found £46.19 was deducted from my account, for the product. 

I then went back to the website, to get contact information.  I call the number provided, and spoke to some one who kept telling me that I signed to upgrade within 14 days from order, if I didnt cancel.  Even though it was clear that it was only day 7, of the order, which I still haven't received, she kept insisting I was upgraded, because I didnt cancel with 14 days.  I repeated told her it was 30 days not 14 days, after receipt since it was a trial, and that I still hadnt received the products. 

Also, it was only day 7, not even 14 days, so why did they upgrade?  I felt like I was speaking to a machine because she kept repeating to me the same thing that didnt make sense.

Today, 12/09/2013, I still have not received the product.  I have had many dialogs via emails, and online chat, and kept be told they can only refund if I return the product, which I still havent received, and that I was upgraded because I didnt cancel within 14 days, even though they took my money on working day 7, of order.

My trial period was meant to end 30 days after receipt, but they are still refusing to refund my money.
