Solar collector inc Haining SPV vehicle manufacturing Stole from us $18,575.00, We never received any merchandise or money till today walnut, California
this company stole and ripped me off of my hard earned money for $18,575.00. i filed a case in new york and there lawyer kicked it out and said we have to file in california. The owners name is Shirley and gongsongbing which is her husband.
When i tried to call her she gives me different excuses on why i cannot receive my money or product and tells me good luck with the legal system on trying to get your money back. i already spend $1000 in legal fees which just was a waste of time because she is denying that she never did business with me. my lawyer said because of this it will end up costing you $7000 in legal fees just trying to prove your case.
I told him i have a bank wire receipt that i sent her the money. That is not enough evidence. i just want to say that the legal system is not good when someone steals your money they should have police taking care of this.
This company also used there chinese company to hid behind because china is lawless when it comes to these scheems, they actually support it.
Beware, beware of this fraud company. very sneaky chinese company.
