Finished by the end of what month? It is another month already... I feel sorry for the man that holds the contractor license you are working under...he had to pay again for ALL the materials that I had already paid for last year.  If I had not made complaints with AZ ROC and the BBB I probably would still be getting a bunch of sad stories. If you did not have a couple of good installers, I would not have much of any good thing to say about you.  It is true that the panels and inverters are up now.  After we had to go to your shop and confiscate them. Too bad the APS Agreement has expired and I have had to call for at least 2 days ALL the numbers you have as contact.  It goes to voicemail on all of them.  When I called directory assistance you are not listed under either of your "Business" names.  Even after 9 months of listening to your BS your "management" has the nerve to tell me that I am not the only customer.  If this project EVER gets done (remember the B Deck?) it will be incredible.  Blame all the delays on anything that you have told me before...I don't know how you keep the stories straight....but I will never, EVER recommend this company (by any company name that you may be operating under) to ANYONE....EVER !!!!!!!   And NO you DO NOT have permission to use ANY photos from my jobsite for anything!

The project is over half complete. due to permitting and engineering delays the solar portion has not been completed.  Henderson was never told anything but the truth by me but decided to believe someone else. Solar One Shop has a qualifying party that is a licensed k 11 contractor. A very common practice in Arizona. The materials have been ordered and will be shipped out of California and the install should be complete by the end of the month.   CH

   While each of you are bashing each other over the heads with stupid words, I, meanwhile am still left WITHOUT a Solar Project after I had trusted you enough to fork out 39,000.00 LAST August to build me a Solar System.

   In my opinion BOTH of you are liars.  I have caught EACH of you in multiple lies.

   Also At what point are you to be considered trustworthy?

Dariusz has NO Contractors lisence, and Charles has to work under another man's lisense number.

So each of you are not qualified in my opinion to do anything but to bilk a disabled woman and a disabled veteran out of their savings for your own benefits.

   I am sorely disappointed with each of you.  And I am embarassed that I let you rob me so easily.

If you would spent same amount of time working as you are on ripoffreport.com and other sites you would at least make a buck or two. See the light?

Yes you have "known" me for years... we met once at your house in Scottsdale several years ago! Hardly what I would call a friendship. You showed me the business plan from another unethical marketing of solar company. I still have it... a reminder of what not to do!

And yes, the last 3 1/2 years have been hard for me. I lost most of everything I built, but my customers of 6, 8 10 years have helped keep me in business. I value their help & support as much as they value having a personal plumber!

Now you have a choice, you can let the dead dog lie or you can continue this in court. Your choice.

A.) I came to you from your post on Craigs List looking for a licensed solar plumber because your plumber was not licensed for solar and you had issues with both utility companies because of it . . .

In other words, you didn't know what you were doing and that is not a good business practice.

B.) Yes you paid me, not on time but yes you did eventually pay me but the catering to my every whim???

C.) Hater? I do not hate people that want more than I do in business, I know my limitations and short comings and live within my means. When people don't pay their bills on time and as promised
yes I get annoyed. More work, less time because you didn't live up to your promises, doesn't make any difference why you couldn't pay on time and we both know why, you did not keep your word, period.

And about that thousands of customers part . . . past businesses, other peoples businesses don't count. If you have done thousands of installations (thousands of satisfied customers)  you should not have had an issue paying your bills on time & you would be bigger than Solar City or American PV in Phoenix!!!

Finally, as a small business owner, I contact many companies looking for
work. My business plan is as a sub-contractor, it's the kiss theory -
Keep It Simple Stupid. I don't try to be everything to every one just to make a buck which is why I am good at what I do.

I put my contractors license on the line for your company and your clients, you failed to live up to your end - end of story.

I rest my case. 
People and businesses stay away from this guy.

I don't write behind a fictitious name like "solar world" I am not on the AZ RoC list of people who do work unlicensed like you have been convicted of ( B. DARIUSZ Gilbert  10/11/2011 - http://www.azroc.gov/wanted/violations.html )

Now to clear the air... first, when I filed this complaint I inadvertently added Chicago to the header rather than the sub text line, it should have read Phoenix metro, internet with Chicago below because you just tried to expand there... oops but it woke people up about your ethics and background.

Second:
A.) I have held a contractors license in good standing for over 10 yrs in Arizona without complaints,

B.) I responded to you request for a qualifying party - I was never an employee at any time,

C.) For a fee, I picked up the pieces from the wreckage your company created and it is all documented. I inspected installations your company installed, gave you direction on what to do and how to do it... correctly! Your company could not comply,

D.) I have been calm and deliberate, I have both email & voice mails to counter your baseless rebuttal,

E.) Thousands of customers??? You have been in business for just over 1 year - very disingenuous,

F.) My business, while not where it was 4 years ago is still here & my list of happy clients who will stand up for me is extensive,

My work is at south mountain plumbing dot com for anyone interested and speaks volumes...

I don't hide behind a web site and if you wish to take legal action I welcome it

Pete B...  We gave you a job when you asked me for one.. We paid you for your work and catered to your every whim.. We were kind and courteous to you at all times.. Why are you a hater and spread vicious rumors..  I think I know why. Because you just can't have any type of success on your own. Business or life.
