Soleusair rude customer service, poor design, no help, want my money back city of industry California
This product has a drain for the dehumidifier that is metric and no one at home depot where i bought it can find anything to fit the drain including hosing. The size is 3/8 and there is no threaded pvc in that size and i bought 3 hoses and they don't fit either. I even tried using a hose clamp but it still soaked my brand new carpet for the 3rd time now. I called the service number from home depot where they found the number to contact them.
The employee on the phone was rude. he laughed out loud after i told him my problem i told him it wasn't funny. My 84 yr old mother has woken up 3 times freezing with no heat and wet carpet. She could get phnemonia or worse and he had a reduculous disposition and even the home depot employee was shocked.
i cussed him out and called back to talk to a supervisor and they put me on hold and then sent me to voicemail. while in home depot the employee pulled up the customer review area and it was 38% satifaction that's crazy.
why build a drain 1/4 inch off the floor so you cant even put a pan under it and then have something threaded that even the store you bought it at cant find anything in there entire store that will work????
after the way the employee treated me i will never buy a product from this company and discourage anyone from buying from this company as well.
if i ever see someone in a store looking at this companies product they will hear from me what i have written here today... 4 to 5 trips to home depot and $50 in gas and hoses and clamps that don't work is a joke so is this company
