We are very sorry to learn that you have not received your STPayroll Debit card. Just a quick review of your complaint indicates that it has been lost or stolen in the mail (unfortunately, envelopes with card products are often stolen in the mail over the Christmas season as they are thought to possibly have gift cards in them).
